This is the most efficient way to notify your carrier directly. They will collect the information needed, let you know what to expect during the claims process, and answer any questions you may still have.
The carrier will then notify us and forward your claim report to our office. We will be prepared to provide the guidance you need for a straight-forward and smooth claims process.
