Our health insurance carriers have been doing an excellent job of staying connected with us during these stressful times. I know we’re all getting inundated with covid-19 related emails. As a result, maybe you started to tune out some of these communications.

I am lucky that part of my job is to stay informed on behalf of my customers. So that I can pass on knowledge with the hopes of keeping them all healthy “inside and out!”. While reading through the health and wellness communication from carriers, I decided I would do the work for you. I’ve combed through the emails and letters from Harvard Pilgrim and other sources, and compiled a small sampling of what is out there for all of you to enjoy!

I hope this list helps you get away from the news, social media, get away from the stress and go experience “life” right from your house.

Use it to try things that you don’t usually have the time to do…Go to the aquarium or a museum, get a book from the library, or see a Broadway show.
